Our mission is to deliver authentic and natural Caribbean produce to our customers so they can experience the natural flavors and beautiful cultures of the Caribbean.
Commonly known as the “Jamaican yam,” the yellow yam is a root vegetable that’s been around for centuries.
A relative of ginger, this vivid orange root has been touted as a super food that can fight cancer, ease depression, and more.
Caribbean peppers are fruitier, so you might see it paired with tropical fruits in Caribbean cooking. In Jamaican and Caribbean cooking, use the whole pepper, if you want the added flavor just as much as the spice.
Known as Jamaica’s national fruit, this fruit has a delicate, slightly nutty flavor, similar to garden peas with a hint of sweetness. Pairs well with codfish.
Breadfruit is named after the texture of the fruit when cooked, which is very similar to freshly baked bread.
Starfruit, guava, mango, papaya, sweetsop, genip, and sapodilla help make a great variety of tropical and exotic fruits the Caribbean has to offer.
